The Human Resources Director (Director) is responsible for the development and management of the operations of the Human Resources Department. The Director develops and administers the human resources program in accordance with applicable State and Federal ordinances, rules, and regulations and is responsible for the consistency, accuracy and timeliness of all human resources related functions.
